Privacy Policy

We do not keep, copy, or retain your source code after handoff. Once the build is delivered and payment is complete, the project is transferred to your GitHub account and removed from our active workspace. You own the code outright.

Your business details, content, logins and any files you share are used only to complete your project. We do not share client information with third parties, use it for marketing, or reference your brand publicly without written permission.

We store only what is needed to deliver your site and support you during the included support window. After handoff, credentials and uploaded assets are removed or revoked unless you explicitly opt into ongoing maintenance.

Sites are built so you can host and manage them under your own accounts. We can hand off Lovable, Supabase, Stripe and GitHub logins directly to you, or manage them on your behalf under a clear maintenance agreement.

Information submitted through our contact or project intake forms is used only to respond to you and manage your project. It is not sold, rented, or shared.
