Terms of Service
The basics of working together: scope, payment, ownership and support.
Services
Launch with Lady Soleil builds custom AI-powered websites based on the package selected. Scope, timeline and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Add-ons, companion apps and custom features are scoped and priced separately upon request.
Payment terms
Projects are billed 50% upfront to reserve the build slot and 50% at delivery before final handoff. Deposits are processed through Stripe. Final payment is due within the terms stated on the invoice before code ownership is transferred.
Ownership and code handoff
You own the finished website, design assets and code once final payment is received. We transfer GitHub ownership and provide login access to the services used. We do not keep or reuse your code for other clients.
Timeline and delivery
Standard builds are delivered in 5 days for the Launch package and 5–7 days for the Growth package, starting once the deposit clears and required content is received. Delays caused by missing content, feedback or third-party approvals may extend the timeline.
Revisions and support
Each package includes a defined support window after launch for bug fixes and small adjustments. Additional features, redesigns or ongoing maintenance are available separately and documented in a maintenance agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
If work has not started, the deposit may be refunded. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled start date. Final payment is only due after delivery and your approval.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information, content and accounts as confidential. We do not disclose client details publicly or use your project in our portfolio without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We build and test sites thoroughly, but we are not liable for third-party service outages, changes in platform policies, or issues arising from client-provided content, credentials or integrations after handoff.
Code privacy: We do not keep client code after handoff. Your project files, assets and accounts remain private and are only used to deliver your build.
